Type PR - for filling of beverages with CO2

For filling of beverages with carbon dioxide such as beer, non-alcoholic drinks etc. is into filling lines with middle and higher power designed counterpressure filler in the composition of three – block. That means that filler consists three sections, which have steady join.

First section is section for rinsing of inner area of bottle before filling. This rinsing we have to use when we want fill PET bottles or glass non-return bottles. Second section is filling tank, which is mounted filling valves. According to the number of filling valves is determined the size of filling tank and also power of the filler. Instead of small fillers have these fillers rotating filling tank. Last section of the machine is closing section where are filled bottles closed. Type of the closing section can be different that depend on the type of bottle. According to the number of filling valves is determined the number of rinsing nozzles and closing heads. Of course each section can be supplied as separately machine with power.

For filling of beer or some special liquids filling valves can have evacuation of air from bottles. On machine can be filled glass and PET bottles but this request has to be noted before start of production of machine, because PET bottles are kept for throat. According to the type of bottle throats has filler different number of closing section. For each different diameter of bottles must have machine different distribution of bottles. On the machine we can also compensate different high of bottles.

The machine works quit automatically and their power can be changed fluently and computer controls machine. The filler has also cleaning circle which allows easy cleaning of machine. All parts are placed on the frame, which allows easy transport and displacement of machine. Machine has also cleaning circle for easy disinfecting. On the machine is also safety screen, which protects operator of machine in the case that bursts bottle. Whole appliance inclusive of frame is produced from stainless steel, rubber and seals which are used are from materials which can be used in food industry. The guarantee of the machine is since one till two years according to circumstances.
