VR - hand appliance

The appliance is designed as hand rinser machine and is determined for rinsing of bottles inner before their filling by beverages.

The main parts of machine are hand revolving carousel, rinsing nozzles, distribution of rinsing liquid or liquids, frame and safety screen of rinsing section. The function principle is described in the following text. After attachment of device to the water source and opening input water valve we can put in bottles into carriers. Now we revolve by hand with carousel. Into free carriers we put in further bottles. The bottles, which are above rinsing nozzles, are rinsed by water. After flowing-out of rinsing water we take out bottles. On the free places in carriers we put in new bottles and revolve with carousel and whole cycle is repeated. Rinsed bottles we give on the desk and into filler where are filled by beverages. Water from inner of bottles flows into stainless vat. From here water flows during hose into waste. On the wish of customer rinser can be produced for rinsing with two different liquids and in the circle of water can be placed pump and filtration.

Whole appliance inclusive of frame is produced from stainless steel, rubber and seals which are used are from materials which can be used in food industry.

The guarantee of the machine is since one till two years according to circumstances. The appliance is exported to customer with completely documents.
