The appliance is designed as se-mi automatic machine for rinsing of inner bottles before their filling by beverages.

The main parts of machine are revolving carousel with power, rinsing nozzles, distribution one or more rinsing liquids, frame of machine, safety screen of rinsing section, stainless vat and control of machine.

The function principle of machine is described in the following text. The machine is prepared, after attachment of machine to the water source and opening input valve of water. Now operator gives two bottles into bottle carriers. Bottom of bottles have to be up. After feeding of bottles into carriers carousel revolves bottles above rinsing nozzles. Now control of machine opens water during rinsing valves. While are bottles above nozzles rinsed operator gives next two bottles into free carriers. After closing of rinsing valves is carousel revolved and whole sequence is repeated. Operator takes out rinsed bottles and gives these into filler and into free carriers gives new bottles. Water from bottles slides into stainless vat and from the vat slides during hose into waste.

This device we can join with filler type CF400or with CF400U for PET bottles. Power of carousel of rinser we derive from power of filler and after that we have appliance called “triblock” CF400T.

Whole appliance inclusive of frame is produced from stainless steel, rubber and seals which are used are from materials which can be used in food industry. The guarantee of the machine is since one till two years according to circumstances. The appliance is exported to customer with completely documents.
