VA - automatically rinsing

The appliance is designed as machine for automatically rinsing of bottle inners before their filling with beverages. The machine has own power and is determined for location into filling lines.

The main parts of machine are carousel with power, rinsing nozzles, gripping elements, guiding stars, worm, distribution of rinsing water, frame of machine with safety screens. Further parts of machine are bottle conveyor in the length two meters, stainless vat and control system of machine.

The function principle is described in the following text. After attachment of machine to the water source and opening of input water valves operator compresses push button start machine and conveyor. The worm, which is placed on the input of bottles into machine, prepares pitch between bottles. Now guiding carousel with star takes bottles from worm. Carousel transports bottles into gripping elements. Here are bottles griped for throats and revolved with bottom up. In this position are bottles above rinsing nozzles. Now is opened valves of rinsing pressure water by curved path and bottle is rinsed. After flowing out of water from bottles these are revolved into initial position. Now are bottles griped by star of carousel and dislocated on the bottles conveyor and go into next machine. It is possible, in the case of request, to install rinser to filler without bottles conveyor and make steady connection with filler. The power of rinser is after that derived from the filler and machine is called “triblock”. Whole appliance inclusive of frame is produced from stainless steel, rubber and seals which are used are from materials which can be used in food industry. The guarantee of the machine is since one till two years according to circumstances.
