Type US - for closing of bottles with roll–on caps

The appliance is designed as one head-closing machine for closing of bottles with roll-on caps. Machine is determined for lines with small and middle power and works quit automatically. The main parts of machine are one closing head with leading, pneumatic or mechanical motion of head, leading carousel with power, conveyor of bottles in the length two meters. Further part is mixing device of capers, which orientates capers into right position. Follow further important parts of machine: storage of capers, transport path of capers, computer control of machine and frame with safety screen of appliance. All parts are placed on the frame, which allows easy transport and replacement of the machine. The principal of machine function is described in the following text. In the first step computer control controls if pressure of air, which we use for controlling of machine is OK. If yes computer gives signal to power carousel, which starts run. When we have on the conveyor bottles carousel takes and gives bottle under closing head. Within a motion of bottle in carousel bottle takes from feeding block caper. After receiving of signal that bottle is under closing head, closing head goes down and bottle is closed. When is reached tightening moment, coupling off power of head. That is signal for control that bottle is closed and head goes up. When is controlled up position of head, gives sensor signal to computer, which run carousel. Carousel leads further bottle under closing head and whole cycle is repeated. When we have not on conveyor bottles carousel is running so long then we have on conveyor bottles. Of course the tightening moment we can fluently adjust. One important part of closing machine is also mixing device with storage of capers. Mixing device is appliance where we make automatically right position of capers to can lead by transport path replaced into feeding block. The number of capers in path is controlled by sensor, which gives signal to computer when is in path too capers. When is capers on the path too the mixing disc is stopped. In the case that is not request on automatically orientation of capers we have to give capers to the transporting path by hand. In the case that customer does not want to be vertical motion of closing head was by pneumatic cylinder can be that substituted mechanically. Whole appliance inclusive of frame is produced from stainless steel, rubber and seals which are used are from materials which can be used in food industry.

The guarantee of the machine is since one till two years according to circumstances. The appliance is exported to customer with completely documents.
