The labeling automat BLL

For labelling of bottles was designed automatic labelling machine, which is able, lay on all-periphery label. The power of this machine we can fluently choose. Range of power is from 1000 to 6000 bottles per hour. The machine is supplied for one type of bottle and one type of label. Other types of bottles and labels are necessary order before producing of machine. Because glue is put on the label in horizontal lips we can glue also all types of labels. The material of labels can be paper or folia, in each case is necessary give to producer of machine sample of label material. The label machine is without date stamp. The bottles conveyor, which is going through the machine we can control from check panel of machine. On the wish of customer is possible supply also heating of glue in storage tank. The machine is determined into automatic filling lines with power to 6000 bottles per hour. Whole appliance inclusive of frame is produced from stainless steel, rubber and seals which are used are from materials which can be used in food industry. The guarantee of the machine is since one till two years according to circumstances.
