Type HEM - hand operated

The hand-operated labelly semi-automatic machine HEM-1 is the universal labeller, which secures putting of the labels on the chosen cover. The modular sections are basic element of semi-automatic machine. The wide universality and high adaptation of the modular sections are very big priority of this machine. The single sections are simply replaceable. This renders a fast reconstruction of the machine for new bottle or label. It is possible to put on 3 labels at the same time in one operating cycle. The reservoir takes 50 to 100 pieces of the labels, it depends on the thickness of paper. Every machine can be adapted to concrete requirement of the customer. The continuous working output is from 350 to 500 bottles / hour. The higher output depends on the operator.
