The appliance for water heating for melting of crystal sugar WH

The appliance is determined for plants, which want produce or produce liquid sugar for producing of syrups. Is designed for producers which have not in the plant steam and want melt crystal sugar with help of heat method. For producers is this method better than cold method because heat way is faster and after finishing of syrup cooling we have syrup also after pasteurization.

The main parts of this device are tank with volume 2, 5 m3 with electrical heating, flow meters for cold and hot water, water filter, pump, thermometer with thermostat and simple control unit, hand closing valves. All these parts are placed on the frame on device.

The function principle is following. Evening we treat cold water into tank and we switch on the heating. Now we chose also request water temperature. During the night is water heated on requested temperature and morning we have hot water to further processing. The tank is atmospheric with manhole and overflow.

Whole appliance is produced from stainless steel or manmade material, rubber and seals which are used are from materials which can be used in food industry. The device we can easy and perfect clean without problems. The guarantee of the devices is since one till two years according to circumstances.
