The appliance for melting of crystal sugar type MCS

This appliance allows melting of crystal sugar, which we need for preparing of syrup. For this technology we use either hot water, which is heated in separate tank, or cold water. This cold water we heat in heat exchanger by steam or hot water. This hot way liquid sugar preparing is better than cold way, because is faster and we can also liquid sugar sterilize.

According to the number of melting tanks we have two producing methods. First method is single tank producing method and second is two tanks method of melting. The different between these two methods is, that by using of two tanks method we have continual producing of liquid sugar and by using single tank method is producing of liquid sugar after steps, that means from technology do not flow liquid sugar fluently. Of course the price of technology for single tank method is cheaper than two tanks method.

The main parts of all technologies are described in following text. The most important are one or two dissolving tanks, exchangers for heating, recuperation and cooling, pumps, one manipulation tank, refractometer, flow meter, filtration of liquid sugar, hand and pneumatic closing valves. Further parts are regulator, cooling circle, heating and recuperation circles, frame of technology, screw transporters of crystal sugar with accessories and computer control system. Whole appliance is produced from stainless steel or manmade material, rubber and seals which are used are from materials which can be used in food industry. The device we can easy and perfect clean without problems. The guarantee of the devices is since one till two years according to circumstances.
