MIX A / MIX - the maker of carbonated beverage with alcohol
The appliance is determined for producing of carbonated beverages with syrup
and alcohol. Machine is designed as six tanks system with three or four pressure
levels.
The main parts are tanks, two high-pressure pumps, one low-pressure pump,
regulate and snift valves which keep required pressures, pneumatic and hand
closing valves, computer control system and frame of the machine. These all
parts are placed on the frame, which allows easy transport and displacement of
the machine.
The appliance is composed from six following types of tanks: deaerating tank,
tank for carbonated water, measuring tank, syrup tank, balancing tank and
sedative tank.
The principle of the machine function is described in the following text. Water
is admitted into deaerating tank on the sprinkler where dearated is by meek
overpressure carbon dioxide. From this tank high-pressure pump sucks deaerated
water and on the output of the pump is in injector carbonated by carbon
dioxide.. Injector output is led into tank of carbonated water where is liquid
killed. From this tank low-pressure pump sucks liquid and that is led into
measuring tank. Dose rate of carbonated water is eligibled by telescopic sensor
and with this sensor we can choose the refraction of the beverage. Before input
of the water into measuring tank control system soaks into this tank accurate,
steady batch of syrup with alcohol from syrup tank. The batch size is determined
by steady sensor. After that is batch of the water and syrup with alcohol let
out into balancing tank and by eduction of the batch is this mixed. From the
balancing tank is beverage transported by high-pressure pump into sedative tank
where is liquid once again killed. During pumping of liquid from balancing tank
is water, syrup and alcohol through mixed. From this tank beverage is
transported either overpressure or pump into filler, where is filled into
bottles. Computer controls this sequence and this is all time repeated. That
means that we do not permanent operator for machine.
The principle of beverage production without alcohol is described in the
following text. Low-pressure pump sucks from deaerating tank deaerated water and
this water is transported into measuring tank. The batch size of water is
determined by telescopic sensor. With this sensor is gave refraction of
beverage. Before input of water into measuring tank control system soaks here
accurate, steady batch of syrup from syrup tank. The batch size of syrup is
determined by steady sensor. Now is batch of syrup and water let out into
balancing tank and by eduction of the batch is this mixed. From the balancing
tank is water with syrup sucks by high-pressure pump and on the output of pump
is in injector liquid carbonated. From injector is liquid led into sedative tank
where is produced beverage killed. Computer controls this sequence and this is
all time repeated. From sedative tank is beverage moved into filler to be filled
into bottles. Moving beverage into filler is either overpressure or pump. From
the text is clear that machine does not consist dossier pump, which is very
expensive. Instead of dossier pump we have here measuring tank. From the text up
also results that when we produce drink without alcohol are tank for carbonated
water and one high-pressure tank discarded. Because computer controls machine we
do not need permanent operator.
The appliance consists also cleaning system. This system allows easy cleaning
after production.
Whole machine is produced from stainless steel and rubber and seals are from
materials, which we can use in food industry. The guarantee of the machine is
since one till two years according to circumstances. The appliance is exported
to customer with completely documents.
