The tanks for storage of liquid sugar type TLS

For the storage of liquid sugar we use tanks, which are produced from stainless steel. The number and volume of the tanks are depending on assortment of syrups, local conditions and power of beverage filling line.

We have two methods of storage of liquid sugars. First method is storage in atmospheric tanks and second method is storage in pressure tanks. The selection of method is depending on reality how we want to transport liquid sugar into following equipment. We can transport either overpressure or pump. When we want transport sugar by pump we can have for storage of sugar pressure tanks. When we want transport by overpressure we must have pressure tanks. By using of both methods we can store liquid sugar under atmosphere of carbon dioxide or sterile air. We can use also combination of carbon dioxide and air because specific weight of carbon dioxide is bigger than air that means the carbon dioxide lies on level of liquid sugar. When we have liquid sugar in the touch with carbon dioxide we have longer durability of sugar than with air.

The main parts of this equipment are tank from stainless steel, pump for mixing, regulator valves, microbial filter for air, pneumatic and hand closing valves, level sensors, level indicator, cleaning system and simple control system.

Whole appliance is produced from stainless steel or manmade material, rubber and seals which are used are from materials which can be used in food industry. The device we can easy and perfect clean without problems. The guarantee of the devices is since one till two years according to circumstances.
