MS - machine for mixing of syrups

The appliance is determined for producers of syrups or for plants, which produce beverages and have syrup houses. They must have in syrup houses bigger syrup storage tanks. The number of syrups tanks is according to the assortment of syrups.

This device is designed as single tank mixing system. Mixing of syrup can be either with help of mechanical agitator or mixing with help of pump. The atmosphere in mixing tank can be carbon dioxide, sterile air or combination of carbon dioxide and air.

The main parts of this device are mixing tank with volume, which depends on power of mixing, which we want. Further parts are mechanical or pump agitator, pump, pneumatic and hand closing valves, regulator valves, simple control system, frame and cleaning system of device.

The function principle is simple. The dosing appliance doses components into mixing tank. When we have all components in mixing tank, we switch on mixing. When all components are stirred up, we switch off mixing and we can pump syrup into storage syrup tank. Now we can clean mixing tank or we can prepare further dose for mixing.

Whole appliance is produced from stainless steel, manmade material, rubber and seals which are used are from materials which can be used in food industry. The device we can easy and perfect clean without problems. The guarantee of the devices is since one till two years according to circumstances.
