CSM - kontinuous mixing syrup

The appliance is determined for producers, which need syrups for producing of carbonated beverages and of course also for producers non-carbonated beverages. The appliance is also determined for producers, which have not or do not want syrup houses or have not storage tanks for syrups.

The system is designed as two-tank system. The main parts of device are two mixing tanks, flow meters, pumps, pneumatic and hand closing valves, regulator valves for carbon dioxide, dosing pipe, frame, cleaning system and computer control system of machine.

The function principle is described approximately in the following text. We suck into one mixing tank one half of component, which has the biggest volume. This component fills dosing pipe and flow meters of machine. Now appliance doses components one after second via different flow meters. When all components are dosed into dosing pipe and mixing tank, machine sucks rest of the biggest component into mixing tank. Now computer control switch on pump mixing of tank and batch in tank is mixed. When mixing is finished control opens syrup output and following machine can use prepared syrup. Meanwhile we use syrup from first tank control system prepares further batch in the second tank. When first tank is empty control system switch over valves and we can use syrup from the second tank. These cycles are all time by control repeated.

The syrup mixing system can be placed directly in front of carbonator of beverages for example type MIX, de facto we can connect equipment to every carbonator. The transport of syrup is during overpressure or pump. The appliance can be fed from desired number of standard transport containers or existing storage tanks for components, essences, flavours, sweeteners etc. The recipes we can choose from memory of computer.

Whole appliance is produced from stainless steel, manmade material, rubber and seals which are used are from materials which can be used in food industry. The device we can easy and perfect clean without problems. The guarantee of the devices is since one till two years according to circumstances.
