DAC - machine for components dosing for production of syrups

The appliance is determined for producers of syrups, which produce syrups from liquid sugar and different components. The syrups can be determined for market directly or are determined for plants, which produce beverages.

When we produce syrups is very important for us to dose all components very accurate and this reality allows this device.

The main parts of device is accurate flow meter, pump, pneumatic and hand closing valves, small tank for components which are dosed in very small volumes, pipe system, frame and control system of machine.

The function principle is very simple. We choose type of syrup, which we want produce and we open ways of components. Computer of control open single ways and component is pumped through flow meter into mixing tank. The next component is dosed after finishing last component. The dosing is finished when we have all components in mixing tank.

Whole appliance is produced from stainless steel, manmade material, rubber and seals, which are used, are from materials, which can be used in food industry. The device we can easy and perfect clean without problems. The guarantee of the devices is since one till two years according to circumstances.
