POC - machine for solution preparing of other components into syrups

The technology was designed for solution preparing of other components, which we need for producing of liquid sugar and syrups.

The main part of this technology is preparing tank of solution with volume, which is determined on the base of liquid sugar line power. Further parts are mixing of tank with power, flow meter, filtration of components, hand closing valves, frame and simply control system.

The function principle is simple. We soaks into tank used volume of water. When we have in tank water we switch on mixing of tank and give by hand into tank crystal components in the weigh which we need for preparing of solution, or we soak liquid components according to the receipt of syrup. Preparing of solution is finished when all crystals are dissolved. Dissolving of crystals we make by cold method.

Whole appliance is produced from stainless steel or manmade material, rubber and seals which are used are from materials which can be used in food industry. The device we can easy and perfect clean without problems. The guarantee of the devices is since one till two years according to circumstances.

The appliance is exported to customer with completely documents.
