VSV - the maker of carbonated water, wines or juices

The appliance type VSV is determined for producing carbonated water, wine or juices. Machine is designed as system with two tanks with two different levels of pressure. The main parts of device are deaerating tank, sedative tank, one high-pressure pump, regulate and snift valves, which keep required pressure levels, pneumatic and hand closing valves, frame and computer control system of machine. The function principle of the appliance is described in the following text. Water, which we need for production of beverages, is feeded on sprinkler into deaerating tank. In this tank water is in atmosphere carbon dioxide by meek overpressure deaerated. In the case that we do not produce carbonated water but wine or juice serves deaerating tank as storage tank for wine or juice. From deaerating tank high-pressure pump sucks water, wine or juice and in the injector, which is placed on the output of pump is liquid carbonated by carbon dioxide. Output of injector is led into sedative tank where is beverage killed. From this tank is finished drink transported either overpressure or pump into filler where is filled into bottles. Whole sequence producing of drink is by computer control repeated. This reality means that machine does not need permanent operator. Tanks and further parts are placed on the frame, which allows easy transport and dislocation. The machine has ones own cleaning system with sprinkler in each tank. This system allows us easy cleaning of machine after ending of production. Whole appliance is produced from stainless steel inclusive of frame, rubber and seals are from materials, which are used in food industry. The guarantee of the machine is since one till two years according to circumstances. The appliance is exported to customer with completely documents.
