The appliance for accumulation of bottles type RAS

The appliance is proposed as revolving accumulation table with power and is determined for filling lines with small or middle power. Machine serves to accumulation of bottles on the end of bottle conveyor or before their further processing.

The main parts of this appliance are revolving circle desk, power of table with fluently regulation of revolutions, leg and frame of machine, which bears power and sensors.

The function principle is determined in the following text. The accumulation table has steady join with bottle conveyor, which guides bottles from last machine. The circle desk revolves and perimeter speed is higher than speed of conveyor. This allows directing of bottles from conveyor. During perfect shape of guard railing conveyor and table the bottles do not fall. The accumulation of table is bigger than conveyor so we have more time when we have some mistake on the end of line. The operator takes bottles by hand from table and gives bottles to further working, or are bottles given into boxes for example. The height of working, revolving desk we can accurate set up and so we have same height of conveyor and desk. This reality allows passage of bottles without problems.

Whole appliance is produced from stainless steel or manmade material, rubber and seals which are used are from materials which can be used in food industry. The guarantee of the devices is since one till two years according to circumstances.
