The appliance for transport of bottles type DL

When we placed machines of filling line in the plant we have to transport bottles among machines. To this purpose we use conveyors of the bottles. The conveyors of the bottles we use single-line or more-lines according to the power of filling line. The direction of motion of bottles we can change with conveyor curves, which can be also single or more-lines. The speeds of completely particular conveyors we can fluently change according to our need.

The conveyors are produced from stainless steel and manmade materials. The conveyor chain can be produced also from stainless steel or manmade material. Usually we use for glass bottles chain from stainless steel and for other types of bottles chain from manmade. The conveyor system of bottles has central lubrication system of conveyors for better motion of bottles and chains.

The main parts of conveyor are: power part with fluently changed speed, end part of conveyor, embedded part in module two meters of length, guard railing, legs, conveyor plate chain, lubrication system and control of conveyor.

Whole appliance is produced from stainless steel or manmade material, rubber and seals which are used are from materials which can be used in food industry. The guarantee of the devices is since one till two years according to circumstances.

The appliance is exported to customer with completely documents.
