The appliance for blow out of bottles

For producing of bottles in the plant was determined blow out machine with two blow moulders. The machine is able to blow out bottles to volume 2,5 litres. The machine is composed from module blocks. These blocks allow producing hand machine but also producing full automatic machine. The machine in the same time blows out two bottles. The appliance has in the base equipment one blow out moulder for two bottles with volume 1,5 litres. Each further moulder and shape of bottle must be ordered separately.

The function principle is described in the following text. We take from the preform storage two preforms and put into keeper. In this keeper are preforms warmed on the requested temperature, which we need for blow out. After warming are preforms placed into blow out moulder and here are by pressure air blow out two bottles. After that is blow moulder opened and bottles are took out. This is describing of hand machine. Automatic machine makes these steps full automatically. On the output of the machine we can place bottle conveyor or container where bottles go from machine.

As the source of pressure air is designed screw compressor with receiver and with treatment of pressure air. Screw compressor was proposed due to lower noise level than other types of compressors.

Whole appliance is produced from steel or manmade material, rubber and seals which are used are from materials which can be used in food industry. The guarantee of the devices is since one till two years according to circumstances.

The appliance is exported to customer with completely documents.
