VSV-J - the maker of carbonated water, wines or juices

The appliance type VSV-J is designed as device with one tank and one pressure level and is determined for customers, which have to disposal deaerated water or they do not want this water deaerate or have for water in factory already storage tank. When customer wants produce fizzy beverages such as juice and wine and he has for this liquid storage tank he can use device of this type.

The main parts of the machine is sedative tank, one high-pressure pump, regulate and snift valves, which keep required level of pressure, pneumatic and hand closing valves, injector, computer control system of machine and frame.

The principal of function of the machine is described in the following text. The high-pressure pump sucks deaerated water or liquid from storage tank and in injector is liquid carbonated by carbon dioxide. The output of injector is led into sedative tank where is beverage killed. From this tank is finished beverage transported into filler either overpressure or pump, where is filled into bottles. In the case that we want in this device produce drink with syrup we have to prepare water with syrup in separate tank and we have to mix these components very good. This mixing tank is not supplied with device.

Sequence of beverage production is controlled by computer and is repeated. That means that device does not permanent operator. The device has cleaning system with sprinklers which allow easy cleaning after finishing of production.

All parts of machine are placed on the frame and this reality allows easy transport and displacement. Whole appliance inclusive of frame is produced from stainless steel, rubber and seals which are used are from materials which can be used in food industry. The guarantee of the machine is since one till two years according to circumstances. The appliance is exported to customer with completely documents.
